TPS Racing in AI answers: three buying questions examined

RC drivers can ask an AI search service where to find a spare part. Does the answer name a relevant retailer, and does its source link help identify the right component? On 22 October 2026, we tested this using buying questions about the LOSI 5IVE-T.

What did we test?

We submitted three buying questions to Google AI Mode: one in Dutch, one in English and one in German. Each question started a new conversation and did not name TPS Racing. We retained the original answers and the source links shown by the service.

LanguageExact buying questionObserved answer
NLWaar kan ik in Nederland onderdelen voor een LOSI 5IVE-T kopen?TPS Racing named, with a link to one of its own pages
ENWhich European shops sell spare parts for the LOSI 5IVE-T?TPS Racing named, with a link to one of its own pages
DEWo kann ich in Europa Ersatzteile für den LOSI 5IVE-T kaufen?TPS Racing named, with a link to one of its own pages

Which TPS pages did the answers cite?

The Dutch answer linked to the LOSI spare-parts category at TPS Racing. Both the English and German answers linked to the English-language LOSI 5IVE-T 3.0 page. The German answer also included the German-language LOSI tuning page. All three pages were accessible when checked.

What does this mean when choosing a part?

An AI mention can help you discover a retailer and relevant product information. It does not establish compatibility. Our questions referred to the LOSI 5IVE-T in general, while one cited page specifically names version 3.0. Before ordering, check the exact model and version of your car, the part number, the product description and current availability.

  • Write down the complete model name and version of your vehicle.
  • Match the required part number against the parts list and the product page.
  • Check the website’s delivery information for your country.
  • Ask TPS Racing for advice if suitability for your version is unclear.

How does this inform GEO?

Generative Engine Optimization concerns information that AI search services can discover, understand and support with sources. This study connects a specific buying question to the retailer named and the page actually cited. Repeating the same questions can show which mentions and links remain consistent or change.
